1983
TSA Stahl- und Anlagenbaugesellschaft mbH is founded in Trier, Rhineland-Palatinate, under the management of Mr Diwersy. Its purpose is industrial assembly and the hiring and recruitment of skilled labour.
1991
On the first of November ’91, the head office was moved to Großräschen in Lusatia. One of the reasons was the emerging power plant construction industry in the region. Starting with 30 employees, TSA continues to hire and grow.
2017
In December 2017, Mr Diwersy handed over the management to Mr Thor.
2019 – 2021
One year after the change in management, Wolfgang Schmidt took over the management of the company. Two years later, Frank Pohle joined as the second managing director.
With Frank Pohle, TSA has two additional business areas that serve the future orientation and complete the personnel service portfolio. Accordingly, the sale of industrial plants, their installation, maintenance and service, as well as the area of Industry 4.0″” will also be part of the portfolio in the future.
2022
Internationalisation and preparing for the integration of international skilled workers will also be on TSA’s agenda in the future with the ‘Skilled workers for Lusatia’ cooperation project with the Cottbus Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In a first step, this concerns drivers from Vietnam and the Philippines.
